Clarification on PSU & DLT Fees
At 310-SIGN, we are committed to providing high-quality, custom signage solutions with a seamless ordering experience. To maintain efficiency and ensure every order is handled with the utmost care, we apply two standard service fees.
The PSU Fee is a flat charge applied to all orders, covering the necessary steps required to move your order through our production process. This fee ensures that your order is properly managed, prepared, and packaged for shipping or pick-up. The PSU Fee accounts for:
✔ Printing – On-demand production for non-stocked signs.
✔ Procurement – Sourcing materials when required.
✔ Packaging – Protecting your order for safe delivery.
✔ Processing – Managing order details through our system.
✔ Setup – Preparing workflows for accurate production.
Additionally, non-profits and charitable organizations may qualify for a fee waiver.

The DLT Fee is a one-time, per-order charge applied to any customized sign requiring artwork proofing before production. This fee covers:
✔ Artwork proofing and revisions (unlimited within reason).
✔ Ensuring proper file preparation for production.
✔ Maintaining continuity for future re-orders.
Unlike standard design fees, which are billed hourly, the DLT Fee is a flat rate and includes all necessary revisions to ensure your sign is created to your specifications.
These fees help us maintain quick turnaround times, accurate production, and high-quality results for every order.
