Trolley-Mounted Portable Traffic Signals Lights TLD-1408
Ver-Mac’s TLG-1408 is a portable traffic signal trolley set with a traffic signal head on each trolley. Battery powered, they are equipped with 8 in. (203 mm) LED lamps. Both systems are timed and use GPS for synchronization. The TLG-1408 features our intuitive V-Touch TLG Controller and innovative V-SWAP system to ensure maximum efficiency. It is the perfect set of traffic signals for simple short term applications.

- By distance: The operator determines the distance between signals and the controller calculates duration automatically.
- By time: The operator can manually enter green and clearance times.

- Advanced: The operator determines the distance between signals and the approximate vehicles’ speed in the work zone. The controller automatically calculates duration with more accuracy.

V-SWAP SYSTEM
Our TLG-1408 traffic signals can be equipped with two 12-volt batteries. The signal operates on one battery with an auxiliary battery back-up.
The V-SWAP system recognizes low voltages and automatically switches to the auxiliary battery. It allows users to remove and charge batteries without having to stop the signal on an active job.

Reflective Sheeting Types
DG Highest Visibility (Fluorescent)
The highest level of reflectivity. Up to 10X brighter than Engineer-Grade Prismatic. Offers great visibility and reflectivity from distances and wide angles, both day at night.

3X brighter than Engineer-Grade Prismatic. Effective for daytime, nighttime and artificial light conditions. Provides durability and long-term reflectivity.

Aluminum Blanks
Aluminum sheeting meets or exceeds ASTM 5052-H38 specifications and is .081" thick. Traffic signs use this specification to meet Transportation Standards, unless otherwise stated for non-critical traffic signage or commercial applications. All aluminum blanks come with pre-drilled holes for mounting, and rounded corners.

Crezone (HDO) Wood
Crezone HDO (High Density Overlaid) board is extremely durable exterior type plywood with a weather-resistant resin overlay bonded to the wood by heat and pressure. This process fuses the molecules of the overlay with the fibres of the wood to form a bond as strong as the wood itself. In many instances, overlaid HDO plywood has proven a more durable sign material than metal. HDO plywood is resistant to the elements with no danger of rust or corrosion. It is typically used for larger signs, or uncommon sizes made-to-order.
