Ver-Mac PRO SERIES Trailer-Mounted Arrow board – ST-4815-0 (TC-12)

The ST-4815-O is our MTO approved (Ontario) trailer-mounted arrow board that comes with 15 LED lamps and orange reflective sheeting background with flap system for better visibility. It features our innovative single-mast design, wireless V-Switch controller, Stealth technology, OptiBright technology and is wired to integrate the Smart Arrow board option. The unit combines energy-efficient design and high-quality construction to provide the most reliable and cost-effective arrow boards on the market.

Ver-Mac’s Stealth Technology was designed to eliminate two of the industry’s biggest issues: battery maintenance and battery theft.

Ver-Mac’s Stealth Technology utilizes sealed maintenance-free batteries stored in a cleverly hidden battery compartment. The sealed batteries prevents the equipment from shutting down due to lack of battery maintenance – filling batteries with water. The hidden storage compartment deters thieves from stealing batteries. Both features ensure continuous performance of the equipment and reduces maintenance, repair and labor costs.

The highest level of reflectivity. Up to 10X brighter than Engineer-Grade Prismatic. Offers great visibility and reflectivity from distances and wide angles, both day at night.

Aluminum Blanks

Aluminum sheeting meets or exceeds ASTM 5052-H38 specifications and is .081" thick. Traffic signs use this specification to meet Transportation Standards, unless otherwise stated for non-critical traffic signage or commercial applications. All aluminum blanks come with pre-drilled holes for mounting, and rounded corners.

Crezone (HDO) Wood

Crezone HDO (High Density Overlaid) board is extremely durable exterior type plywood with a weather-resistant resin overlay bonded to the wood by heat and pressure. This process fuses the molecules of the overlay with the fibres of the wood to form a bond as strong as the wood itself. In many instances, overlaid HDO plywood has proven a more durable sign material than metal. HDO plywood is resistant to the elements with no danger of rust or corrosion. It is typically used for larger signs, or uncommon sizes made-to-order.
